• Sanitisation. Touch points and wet areas disinfected. Where the property has been standing damp, odorous or soiled, we treat the cause rather than masking it.
• Specialist treatment where needed. Heavy soiling, hoarded properties, biological contamination and severe neglect are handled by the same team rather than referred out.

• Turnaround — a same-week slot is standard; a next-day mobilisation on a large property may need a larger crew.

What is not included

We would rather set expectations than surprise you:

Common questions

Is void cleaning the same as end of tenancy cleaning?

No. An end of tenancy clean assumes a property handed back in reasonable order and is priced per property size. Void work assumes clearance, heavier soiling or neglect, and is priced on volume and condition.

Can you clear the property as well as clean it?

Yes. Clearance and cleaning are done by the same team under our waste carrier licence, so you are not coordinating two contractors around one re-let date.

What if the property has been hoarded?

That is specialist work and we handle it directly — see hoarder cleaning and clearance. Hoarded voids are normally a staged job: clear, assess, then deep clean and sanitise.

Do you work for councils and housing associations?
